Cherry Crumble (GF, DF, V)

Ingredients
3 cups pitted & halved cherries
2 tbs cornstarch
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cup GF oats
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Directions
Mix together cherries, cornstarch, and honey in a small baking dish.
In a separate bowl mix together all other ingredients and sprinkle this mixture over the cherries.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream for optimal enjoyment.
