Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup of creamy natural nut or seed butter of choice
1/8 cup of organic maple syrup
1/8 cup of local honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
Directions
In a stand mixer or large bowl, mix nut butter, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla extract untill fully combined.
Add in almon flour and baking powder, mixing until fully combined to form a thick dough.
Roll dough into 12 equal sized balls of about 1 tablespoon each, place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and lightly press down on each ball with a fork 2 ways to create a criss cross pattern.
Bake cookies at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Edges should be slightly browned when done.
while cookies cool, place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring between each, until melted.
Using a small spoon, spread melted chocolate over the top of each cookie and let cool untill chocolate is fully hardened.
