Chocolate Pecan Banana Loaf


  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of avocado oil

  • 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 2 ripe mashed bananas

  • 1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour

  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1/3 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup of chopped pecans


  • Mix eggs, oil, honey or maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined, then add in mashed bananas.

  • Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda in a small bowl, once mixed add to large bowl with other ingredients until fully combined.

  • Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.

  • Pour in a well greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
