Everything But The Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup gluten free oats
1 cup Bobs Red Mill all purpose flour
1/4 tsp Bobs Red Mill xanthan gum
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbs pure vanilla
2 Tbs Liquid coconut oil
1 organic egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
1/4 cup grade A maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 cup Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chunks
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add in wet ingredients until fully combined
Fold in all mix ins
Roll into 15 heaping tablespoon sized balls and gently press down onto cookie sheet
Bake at 300 ° for 10-12 minutes
Servings
Makes 15 cookies
