Everything But The Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients


  • 1 cup gluten free oats⁣

  • 1 cup Bobs Red Mill all purpose flour⁣

  • 1/4 tsp Bobs Red Mill xanthan gum⁣

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar ⁣

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣

  • 1 Tbs pure vanilla ⁣

  • 2 Tbs Liquid coconut oil ⁣

  • 1 organic egg (or flax egg for vegan option) ⁣

  • 1/4 cup grade A maple syrup ⁣

  • 1/4 cup raisins ⁣

  • 1/4 cup craisins ⁣

  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chunks ⁣

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans ⁣

Directions


  • Mix all dry ingredients together

  • Add in wet ingredients until fully combined

  • Fold in all mix ins

  • Roll into 15 heaping tablespoon sized balls and gently press down onto cookie sheet

  • Bake at 300 ° for 10-12 minutes


Servings


  • Makes 15 cookies
