Gluten Free Macro Friendly Brownies

Ingredients


  • 1 can of organic black beans, drained, rinsed & pureed ⁣

  • 3 tbs liquid coconut oil ⁣

  • 3 organic eggs⁣

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla ⁣

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder⁣

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣

  • 1 tsp baking powder ⁣

  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (I used a chocolate hazelnut whey) ⁣

  • Handful of chopped nuts for on top (I used pecans) ⁣ ⁣

Directions


  • Combine all wet ingredients until fully mixed

  • Add in dry ingredients (except for nuts)

  • Pour batter into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

  • add the chopped nuts on top about 5 minutes in so that they don’t sink through! ⁣
