Gluten-Free Coconut Almond Brownies

These brownies are not only the fudgiest and gooiest brownies you'll ever taste, but they're also gluten free!

Packed with an extra flavour of coconut, coming from both the coconut oil and coconut shreds inside, they are levelled up from your regular old GF brownies.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed with these!



  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks

  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut


  • Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and coconut sugar in a large bowl.

  • Mix in almond milk, coconut oil, and egg until fully combined.

  • Fold in most of the chocolate chunks and shredded coconut, saving a little to add on top.

  • Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x9 baking dish, top with remaining chocolate chunks and coconut, and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  • Let cool before cutting and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
