Holiday Superfood Fruit & Nut Bark

This chocolate bark is perfect to whip up for a holiday party or to give as a small DIY gift! Its also loaded with some amazing superfoods to help you give your loved ones not only delicious homemade chocolate bark but also the gift of health.


Maca is a Peruvivan plant that has traditionally been used to improve fertility and sex drive. It is also widely used to enhance energy and stamina.


Ashwagandha is a traditional herb that helps our bodies fight stress. It has many medicinal properties ranging from anti-anxiety, anti-depressive, blood sugar regulating, and even cancer preventing! Literally a magic herb.


Collagen is a protein that is found in the bones and connective tissue of both humans and animals and is essential in the health of our skin, joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and bones. Those are some pretty important things to take care of!

Goji Berries

Goji berries are a medicinal plant from China that are believed to treat a variety of concerns such as eye, liver, and kidney issues. They also have antioxidant properties, giving us an immune boost which is essential during the cold and flu season.


Pepitas, AKA pumpkin seeds, are a great source of healthy fats and have been associated with many health benefits such as improved heart health, prostate health and even protection against certain cancers.

Hemp Seeds

Hemp seeds (which actually come from the same plant as marijuana! Fun fact.) are another great source of healthy fats, also packing some protein and other essential nutrients.


Superfood Fruit & Nut Bark


  • 12 oz dark chocolate, melted**

  • 1 tbsp maca

  • 1tbsp ashwagandha

  • 2 tbsp collagen peptides

  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries

  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp pepitas

  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds


  • Mix the melted chocolate with the maca, ashwagandha, and collagen peptides until fully combined and smooth, then spread evenly over a parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over chocolate.

  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or more until firm, then break into pieces.

  • **to melt chocolate, simply microwave in a microwave safe glass bowl for 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted.**
