No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Squares

You know those expensive but so delicious perfect bars you see in the refrigerated section of the grocery store? Well now you can make something similar at home and save yourself some cash .. These no bake squares give me total perfect bar vibes and are soooo easy to make with only 6 ingredients!

They are made without adding refined sugars as a pure maple syrup is used for sweetener and they contain some healthy ingredients to make your snacking guilt free as it should be.

The peanut butter brings some healthy fats along with some protein and to top it off I added some collagen peptides to boost the protein value and add some hair skin and nail health to them because who doesn't love that?!

They're also gluten free as they're made with a combo of coconut and almond flour making them a great snack to bring along to your next potluck event with any celiac friends.



  • 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I used earth balance coconut PB spread which gives the bars a great little coconut flavour)

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1/3 cup of coconut flour

  • 3 tbsp collagen peptides (I use the Organkia brand)

  • 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips


  • Pour syrup into a small pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, once bubbling, take off heat and stir in peanut butter

  • Combine flours and collagen together in a medium bowl

  • Add syrup and peanut butter mixture to flour combo with a spatula until fully combined and set aside in fridge to cool at least 30 mins

  • Once cool, fold in chocolate chips

  • line the bottom of a small loaf pan with Saran Wrap or parchment paper and press dough firmly into bottom of pan evenly, put back in fridge to chill another hour

  • Once chilled, carefully remove the formed dough from pan and slice into even sized squares

  • Keep stored in refrigerator until ready to eat
