Simple Dairy Free PSL

I am 100% confident in saying that when I see one leaf fall from a tree, I go full basic fall girl mode. Meaning I blow a paycheque at Home Sense and start tossing pumpkin into pretty much everything.
As much as I LOVE starbucks PSL’s, I don’t love having to leave my house to get one because #hibernationseason. Which is why I've perfected a super simple at home version of a pumpkin spice latte and want to share the love with y’all so that you can start your mornings out as basic as I do. You’re welcome.
Dairy Free Blender PSL

Ingredients
1 cup of warm almond milk
1 Tbs of pumpkin puree
½ tsp of pumpkin spice seasoning (plus a sprinkle more for on top)
2-4 drops of pumpkin spice SweetLeaf liquid stevia (optional for added sweetness)
1 cup of coffee
Directions
Pour 1 cup of hot black coffee into a large mug
Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and optional stevia in a blender on high for 30-45 seconds until fully combined with a nice layer of foam on top.
Pour blender mixture into your mug of coffee
Sprinkle some pumpkin spice seasoning over top
Sip on your latte while watching a Halloween movie, carving pumpkins, reading a spooky book, or doing literally anything fall-ish for best enjoyment.
