The Perfect Poundcake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted room temp butter⁣

  • 1 cup organic cane sugar⁣

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla ⁣

  • 5 eggs⁣

  • 1 & 1/2 cups @bobsredmill gf all purpose flour⁣

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch ⁣

  • 1/2 tsp @bobsredmill xanthan gum⁣

Directions

  • Beat butter with a stand mixer until fluffy.

  • Add in sugar until fully combined.

  • Mix in all ingredients until a thick batter is formed.

  • Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes.

  • Cut into slices and enjoy with your favourite berries and coconut whip.
